More info
After a career spanning nearly 2 decades and multiple continents, Brazilian tattooer Lorenzo Gentil developed All Killer, a flash set representing his favorite tattoo imagery and themes translated into an incredibly valuable design library. You can use these stencil-ready designs as-is, or study them to learn from and be inspired by Lorenzo's work in combining and composing.
Fascinated by the symbolism, and following years of studying, drawing, and painting, Lorenzo curated his designs in All Killer to reflect the dichotomy and balance created with tattoo imagery. The softness and movement of flowers, the mystery and flow of snakes, the magnetism and power of tigers, and the life and death symbolism of skulls, kapala, and reaper designs. Use these highly stylized designs to inspire your next blackwork or illustrative tattoos!
"I hope this set of drawings helps other tattooists on their daily work and be a source of images to create different combinations and compositions with all of the subjects presented." - Lorenzo Gentil

Since the beginning of his tattoo career, Wes Holland has been interested in the imagery and designs of traditional Japanese and neo-Japanese tattoos. Inspired by botanical studies, illustrative art and tattoos, and real-life kiku, Wes created this flash set of 84 chrysanthemum designs and 2 templates. The range and versatility of this set will suit nearly any tattoo scenario. You can start with the foundational components like individual bulbs and leaves, or use one of the more complete flash stamps for quick drafting. Several mum flower shapes are featured in this set, including incurved, spider, and quill, with rounded, pointed, and variations of curved petals.Learning to draw chrysanthemums is notoriously difficult and Wes considered this skill when creating the set. Use one of the two value-based templates to create your chrysanthemum, progressively arranging your petals with the correct depth, sequencing, and scale. By using the template, you can fit your chrysanthemum into any part of a composition and draw the petal shape that best suits the design.Wes also made 10 complete flash designs for the set to give you designs to use immediately and to inspire your own work. This flash features some of the most popular pairings with chrysanthemums in Japanese tattoos like a Draruma, Hannya, Kitsune, Clouds, Waves, and more.Like all Tattoo Smart flash stamp sets, these chrysanthemums for Procreate are designed to compliment the workflow of any artist and be useful for projects of all sizes. Check out the set and get started designing today!Tattoo Smart gives you the digital flash tools to speed up the process of conceptualizing and rendering time-consuming elements, allowing you to spend more time focusing on the composition of your tattoo design.

Yokai, Gods, Supernatural Creatures, and Demons. The stuff legends are made of...
Following the incredible feedback from the Tattoo Smart community to his first volume of Japanese flash designs, Elliott Wells was inspired to create Japanese Vol. 5: Mythology. Within the set, Elliott explores the spirits, monsters, gods, and other supernatural beings from Japanese folklore and mythology. From mischievous imps to malevolent demons, Elliott included a range of figures that encompass both well-known tattoo subjects as well as less common options, giving you both immediate utility in the set and inspiration for future designs.
Like his first set, Elliott's designs are rooted in the aesthetic traditions of irezumi, but represent years of his own style development, informed by horror tattoos and Neo-Japanese designs. His take on popular tattoo options like Hannya masks, Foo dogs, and Phoenixes is complex and thoughtfully composed to be used in large or small formats. By exploring deeper into the legendary and supernatural beings of Japanese folklore with yokai like Bakezori, Hone-onna, and Kasa-obake, as well as legendary animals like kitsune, kirin, and basan, Elliott gives you a range of imagery to include in your designs. As with all of the sets in the Tattoo Smart Japanese collection, this set works well on its own, and becomes increasingly useful when paired with the other sets to increase the variety and depth of your Japanese digital tattoo design toolkit.

Waves is a masterclass in visual information, from the individual components to complete designs on templates, that you can use to absorb the compositional guidelines and details that make well-illustrated finger waves immediately recognizable. The brush set includes water flow templates to map your wave directions, as well as line work and rendered designs showing how Luke and Grime would use the water flow and wave templates to work with the body's anatomical shapes.
As Japanese tattoo design became increasingly stylized, the wave designs took on variations that Luke and Grime included in this set to enable you to select the best option for your tattoo design. Traditional waves, with simplified and rounded shapes, and two variations of more complex hybrid waves, with both round and sharp points, can all be used with the water flow templates and any other subjects or elements in your designs.
